Praxisprojekt im Baubereich
Komplexe Praxisprojekte eignen sich hervorragend, um in der beruflichen Bildung Kompetenzen (Wissen, Fähigkeiten, Einstellungen) zu vermitteln.
Benjamin Ngabonziza und John Niyitegeka, Lehrer bei SOS Kinderdörfer in Ruanda, haben daher mit ihren Schülern ein Haus gebaut. Es steht auf dem Gelände des SOS Vocational Training Center in Kigali. Masonry, Plumbing, Electricity, – alles dabei. Die Materialkosten sind überschaubar und eine tolle Vorbereitung auf die Praxisphase im dualen Ausbildungsbetrieb.

Competency-based training in construction
Complex practical projects are a nice way to impart competencies (knowledge, skills, attitudes) in vocational education.
Benjamin Ngabonziza and John Niyitegeka, teachers at SOS Children's Villages in Rwanda, have therefore built a house with their students. It is located on the campus of the SOS Vocational Training Center in Kigali. Masonry, plumbing, electricity, welding - it is all in the package.
Material costs manageable and a great preparation for the practical phase in the dual training company.
