In the vibrant world of sales and customer care, success often hinges on the right blend of education, practical experience, and a touch of perseverance. We are proud to share the inspiring stories of three exceptional graduates from our Sales and Customer Care Short Course, Cohort 1. Each of these talented individuals not only excelled in their studies but also turned their apprenticeships into full-time employment before completing the program. Their achievements highlight the effectiveness of our training and the potential that lies in dedicated individuals.

Nizeyimana Ali: From Apprenticeship to Sales Agent at ERI-Rwanda

At just 22 years old, Nizeyimana Ali from Nyarugenge District embarked on a transformative journey through our Sales and Customer Care Short Course. His two weeks of theoretical training provided him with a solid foundation in sales principles, customer engagement, and effective communication. However, it was his four-week apprenticeship at ERI-Rwanda that truly showcased his potential.

During his time at ERI-Rwanda, Nizeyimana displayed remarkable aptitude and enthusiasm. His proactive approach, coupled with his keen understanding of sales strategies, quickly caught the attention of his supervisors. His ability to connect with clients and provide tailored solutions demonstrated not only his technical skills but also his natural talent for building relationships.

ERI-Rwanda, impressed by Nizeyimana's performance and dedication, made the decision to offer him a position as a Sales Agent even before his apprenticeship period ended. This opportunity not only reflects Nizeyimana's hard work but also underscores the value of the hands-on experience provided during our program. Today, Nizeyimana continues to thrive in his role, contributing significantly to ERI-Rwanda's sales team and proving that with the right training and determination, great success is within reach.

Uwiduhaye Sandrine: Excelling as a Stock Manager at Fresh Mood Coffee Shop
