Weiterer dualer Ausbildungsgang beginnt
Für die ersten Schüler*nnen begann am 09.05.2022 ihre Ausbildung im Elektrikbereich. Unser Implementierungspartner Technical Highschool SOS beginnt die erste Kohorte mit 40 Schüler*nnen. In den kommenden Wochen heißt es für die Schüler*nnen nun die Theorie zu pauken. Die einjährige Ausbildung soll vor allem durch den hohen Praxisanteil ein Alleinstellungsmerkmal haben. Konkret bedeutet dies, dass Schüler*nnen die Hälfte ihrer Ausbildungszeit in einem Betrieb verbringen werden.
Das sogenannte PartnerRwanda Projekt des Bildungswerks will sicherstellen, dass die Ausbildung in Ruanda den Bedürfnissen des Arbeitsmarktes entspricht und arbeitslose Jugendliche durch eine praxisorientierte Ausbildung beim Übergang in die Beschäftigung unterstützen. Das Projekt "PartnerRwanda" wird vom Bundesministerium für wirtschaftliche Zusammenarbeit und Entwicklung (BMZ) über die sequa gGmbH finanziert und ist Teil der Sonderinitiative "Ausbildung und Beschäftigung".
Another dual training course starts
For the first students, their education in the electrical field started on 09.05.2022. Our implementation partner Technical Highschool SOS starts the first cohort with 40 students.
In the coming weeks, the students will have to cram the theory. The one-year training program is intended to have a unique selling point, above all due to its high practical component. In concrete terms, this means that the students will spend half of their training period in a company.
The Bildungswerk's so-called PartnerRwanda project aims to ensure that training in Rwanda meets the needs of the labor market and to help unemployed young people make the transition to employment through practice-oriented training. The "PartnerRwanda" project is funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) through sequa gGmbH and is part of the special initiative "Training and Employment".
